5 stars AGAIN for Gary Ponzo and A Touch of Defiance! You just can't help but get pulled in by the excellent characters in this series. Nick Bracco ,one of our heroes, continues to have his emotional flaws and the expert marksmanship of his partner Matt never disappoints. And then there is Tommy. How unrealistic is it that the FBI would use a mobster as an informant?? Or is it?? The storyline is believable in this day and age and the writing is exciting and keeps you turning those pages until you are at "The End" and craving more!! I am hoping Gary Ponzo is working on a new addition to this series, the characters are just too unique and interesting to end. If I had any negative it would be only that I'd like more Tommy ...just can't get enough of this charming mobster. Do yourself a favor...get all 5 books, you won't be disappointed!!Product details

Good read. These books are fun. I've read all Gary Ponzo books. Their all good. Would have liked a little more action in this book. Love Tommy. Keep bringing it.!
Haven't found any of ponzos books to be boring or tired. Full of suspense and wonder. I plan on reading all of his works. A shame if you dont.
I love these books and their timely story lines.This particular adventure takes you down a series of rabbit holes with many twists and turns.You won't want to put the book down.hand on the the very end ,it's worth the ride.Thanks...
Gary Ponzo is right up there with the best writers of our time. One of the most intriguing 3 storybook readings I have read. A non-stop suspense from book 1 all through to the end of book 3. Imn ready for #4 now Gary.
Another great thriller from Gary Ponzo. I tore through A Touch of Defiance faster than any book in the Bracco series. It was like an open box of chocolates; I just couldn't stay away from it. In this new page turner, all the gang is back together trying to thwart a psychopath bent on destroying everything in his path, a path that leads directly to the president's doorstep. The path is windy. And typical of Ponzo, the characters are twisted. A thoroughly enjoyable read. Thanks, Gary.

This is book 5 of the Nick Bracco series and it did not disappoint! It's full of suspense, intrigue with twists and turns! I love Nick, Tommy and Matt! The storyline is believable and Gary's attention to detail is excellent! It certainly gives you something to think about. I hope there's a book 6 in the works!! BRAVO, Gary!!
As with previous books by Gary Ponzo that I have read, specifically dealing with Nick Branco and company, this one moved along very well. I started the book in a hotel room on a Thursday night, read more on a flight to Dallas on Friday, and finished it on Saturday. Enough of my travels. I enjoy the relationships among the characters and how “both sides of the law” work together. I look forward to another Bracco book. SPOILER ALERT the storyline involves a mole within the US government, but he/she is not who it is thought to be.
